We use cookies and software tools (all together referred to as "Cookies") such as HTML5 Storage or Local Shared Objects to identify users' interests and the most popular sections of our web pages, and to improve the design and user-friendliness of the web pages with this information.

Your personal data obtained through cookies can be processed based on the conditions of personal data processing, in order to realize the legitimate interest set out in the 5th article of the Personal Data Protection Law by our Company as 'data controller'.

Functions and use of cookies

In this way, we can determine, for example, whether a connection has already been established between the device and our web pages before or which language or setting you prefer. By using our web pages, you agree to the use of cookies. You can use our web pages without accepting the use of cookies. That means you can refuse the use of cookies by setting the relevant setting on your device and delete the cookies at any time. This is done as follows:

- You can disable Local Shared Objects.
- Just like using cookies, the rejection or deletion of the cookies depends on the device and browser used. This means that you must reject or delete cookies separately for each device and for each browser when you use multiple browsers.

We divide the cookies into the following categories:

  These cookies are created by our Targeting and Retargeting partners, with whom we can adapt our online marketing more precisely to your needs and interests with the help of third parties such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+ where you can integrate their content on the "Social Plug-ins" presented on our web pages.

Your personal data collected through cookies may be transferred to providers of analysis tools at home and abroad and to our similar business partners and suppliers in order to perform the functions of analysis cookies.

The rights hold by the real persons whose personal data are processed in accordance with article 11 of the law on the protection of personal data, are as follows:

Learning whether personal data is processed,
If personal data is processed, requesting information about it,
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose or not,
To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or in abroad,
In the event that personal data are incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request their correction and to request this correction notified to the third parties to whom such personal data is transferred,
Despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of law on PDP and other relevant laws, requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring their processing disappear and to request notifying this performed action to the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred within this context,
To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Requesting the remedy of any damages that may have been caused due to the illegal processing of the personal data.
