The rights hold by the real persons whose personal data are processed in accordance with article 11 of the law on the protection of personal data, are as follows:

- If personal data is processed, requesting information about it,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose or not,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or in abroad,
- In the event that personal data are incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request their correction and to request this correction notified to the third parties to whom such personal data is transferred,
- Despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of law on PDP and other relevant laws, requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring their processing disappear and to request notifying this performed action to the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred within this context,
- To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Requesting the remedy of any damages that may have been caused due to the illegal processing of the personal data.
