Cookie Usage Policy

We use cookies and software tools (all together referred to as "Cookies") such as HTML5 Storage or Local Shared Objects to identify users' interests and the most popular sections of our web pages, and to improve the design and user-friendliness of the web pages with this information.

Your personal data obtained through cookies can be processed based on the conditions of personal data processing, in order to realize the legitimate interest set out in the 5th article of the Personal Data Protection Law by our Company as 'data controller'.

Functions and use of cookies

  • Cookies are small files stored on your desktop or laptop or mobile device from a web page you visit. In this way, we can determine, for example, whether a connection has already been established between the device and our web pages before or which language or setting you prefer. Cookies may also contain personal information.
  •
  • By using our web pages, you agree to the use of cookies. You can use our web pages without accepting the use of cookies. That means you can refuse the use of cookies by setting the relevant setting on your device and delete the cookies at any time. This is done as follows:

    • Most browsers have been set up to save cookies automatically. You can change this preset by enabling the "Don't accept cookies" setting in your browser.
    •
    • You can delete existing cookies any time. You can find out how to do this in detail from your browser's manual or from your device manufacturer.
    •
    • You can disable Local Shared Objects.
    • Just like using cookies, the rejection or deletion of the cookies depends on the device and browser used. This means that you must reject or delete cookies separately for each device and for each browser when you use multiple browsers.
  •
  • If you refuse to use cookies, some features of our web pages may not be used or their functions may be restricted.
  •
  • We divide the cookies into the following categories:

    • Mandatory cookies (Type 1)
These cookies are absolutely essential for the functions of the web page.
    •
    • Functional cookies (Type 2)
These cookies make it easy to use and improve the functionality of web pages. For example, we save your language settings in function cookies.
    •
    • Performance cookies (Type 3)
These cookies collect information about how you use our web pages. Thus, we can determine which parts of our website are the most popular. In this way, we can improve the services we offer you. You can also read the "Evaluation of usage data; use of analysis tools" section in the Data Privacy text under the data protection tab.
    •
    • Third party cookies (Type 4)
These cookies are created by our Targeting and Retargeting partners, with whom we can adapt our online marketing more precisely to your needs and interests with the help of third parties such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+ where you can integrate their content on the "Social Plug-ins" presented on our web pages.
